Shipping

Please allow 5-7 working days for shipping in the UK, and 10-14 working days for international.

All of our orders are carefully packed to ensure that your purchases arrive safely.

Some of our stock is shipped over to order from the USA so there may very occasionally be a slight delay depending on the stock in the warehouse, but we will keep you well informed and compensated should this occur.

We ship all UK parcels first class, we can ship recorded delivery but remember this means you have to be in when the postman comes to sign for it!

International parcels are shipped via small packet rate or airmail, depending on the size and weight.

Shipping prices vary depending on amount spent- unfortunatley this is the only way our primative shopping cart allows us to operate! So because of this, some of the heavier items such as shoes have the additional cost added onto the price to make up for the extra weight.


Returns

We can accept returns in certain circumstances-

If you order the wrong size we will be happy to get you the right size, but we do urge you to get your size right first time! If you are unsure of anything, just ask us!

If you receive your purchases and for whatever reason (fit not right, changed your mind) you wish to return them ,you can do so within 14 days of receipt of item, as long as the item is in new, unworn condition. Please note that stockings and underwear are non-returnable due to hygeine reasons. If returned within 14 days you will receive a refund, if over 14 days we will give you a store credit. All shipping charges for returns are to be paid by the customer.
